Radical Dreamers Chapter 2: Showdown at the reactor

"righ righ" said Kurotsuchi scribbing things down on a notepad, estimating their hight and weights, he cold do those later, it was important to know about ones test subjects "sorry about that but I have to be profesional about my work, now I can kill you" he said grabing the handle of his gaurdless sword for the first time since walking though the door

jake drew his katana

urotsuchi did not draw but ran as if he had both hands on his sword one on the handle running twords Jake with impressive speed bloodlust seemed to drip from him

Lynx moved in between Jake and Kurotsuchi, puting up his sword in an x formation to block the oncoming strike. "Kill us? Kill US? Do you have any idea who we are? Know your place." He said.

seeing that Kurotsuchi hadnt drawn his weapon yet (pay atention) his plan had been cut off, instead he ran up to an inch before Lynx and suddenly... disapeared? but how was this posible? no he had to be in the room

(I know he hadn't drawn it Lynx was prepared for him to.)

Lynx appeared suprised at his foes dissapearence. the power hadn't come back online yet, so Lynx melded into the shadows to vanish as well.

suddenly "screaches" apeared from the lower left coruner of the room where he now stood permiating the rest of it

Lynx felt the energy coming from kurotsuchi again and dove to the ground near his feet to avoid the attack. then, while still invisible, he swung at kurtosuchi's feet.

((how can you appear behind him if he is backed in to a corner sending scraches out to the rest of the room??))

Kurotsuchi's sword swun for his face while he effortlessly jumped the slash, it wasnt so much that he sawe it in time, just that he was moveing so much faster

Lynx rolled to the side to avoid the slash and reappeared, because the emergency power came on. He then quickly looked around to fin where his enemy went.

Kurotsuchi was in the air above him landing feet first for his spine sword in hand

while lynx had been fighting, jake had evacuated the radical dreamers from the building. now ready to fight, he ran inside

Lynx rolled to the left and got back on his feet. he stepped backwardsso he was next to Jake.

"whats wrong? you havent done anything yet... if you want the honor of being my test subjects then show me that your worth studying" he said as his sword began to become a buzz saw like weapon from accelorated spining

"Me? a test subject? TEST THIS!" Lynx shouted as he charged full speed towards kurotsuchi with the intention of guttinh him like a dog.

"how unintresting" Kurotsuchi said moving the spining buzz saw blade in front of him

Lynx's swords locked with Kurotsuchi's weapon and he pushed as hard as he could to try to get him to back down.

sparks flew in every direction from the saw hitting the bladesbut adfter a few seconds he stoped the spinning to end up between the two blades lunching with his own sword

Lynx stepped backwards narrowly avoiding the blade. Tiring out, Lynx decided it was time to make his escape. "Hey listen." he said to kurotsuchi. "This has been fun, but we gotta run." Lynx immediatly bolted for the exit.

Doing sevral running slashes after them Kuro stoped short "well I suppose all but two is pretty good, theyd beter be stronger next time" he walked away calmly

Lynx and Jake arrived back at the base, the mission a failure. "Lynx, report!" A voice echoed on a screen. "The reactor is still operational. A man by the name of Kurotsuchi appeared and wiped us out. Only jake and I remain." Lynx explained. "Very well. This turn of events is suprising. I will allow you to rest then." The voice dissapeared as Lynx collapsed on the spot out of fatigue.
