Name: Xenogenesis
Leader: Currently not applicable, as it is democrative until a new leader is chosen
Type: Multi-regional Organization.
Morality: Not on a moral standpoint (but for you stickler's, chaotic neutral I guess)
Purpose: To erase soldier class beings, so that they are the strongest/most-wanted beings,
Activities: Raids, wars, research, protection of local villages, etc.
Loyalty: None
Base: A large hall with one great burgundy carpet, that is dimly lit in the day, using multiple windows for excess lighting. During the night, their is no darkness, so better lighting is provided via candles and torches. There are two chambers at the end of the hall, one on the left-side, and one on the right. The left chamber leads to a second hall with a huge holding cell, large enough to hold one hundred or so people. The right chamber leads to a third hall with four doors on each of the sides, and at the end is a stairwell down to a researching lab.

History: Xenogenesis was started originally by a man with a rougher, rock-like skin, which lead to a live of the poor outcast being taunted. However, he came upon a huge sum of money from underworld gambling. When the end of his life was nearing, he established a faction for those whose lives were unfortunate like his. The ideals eventually became to transform the reject-guild into a syndicate of supreme authority.

Here's the real reason.
Xenogenesis means: a being with outstanding traits, without having outstanding genes.
Example: Your Mum is 5' 4" tall, your dad is 5' 6", and your grandparents are both 5'5". But, you, are 6'7" tall.
Basically: Being born with traits that your family/gene pool does not have.
From the root words Xeno, meaning alien or strange, and genesis, meaning beginning or start.
