Specialty moves:
-“Scratches”; accelerates the air off of his fingertips or blade to near the speed of light creating wire like currents of charged high speed air which can cut through most anything with ease, these behave like wires with less subject to gravity being non solid currents
-“Jump”; accelerates his feet or alternatively the air beneath his feet to push off at speeds faster than the human eye can follow in one direction at a time appearing to be instantaneous movement from point A to point B with the drawback of being exposed upon reappearing
-Buzz saw: Swings his blade in a circular motion using his ability to accelerate to extreme speeds to act like a buzz saw or block attacks this can be incorporated with a full body spin or summersault to launch the body as a buzz saw attack
-“the web”; considered his “ultimate” technique by quickly creating many many scratches and holding the air currents in the air he is able to surround his opponents bodies in a giant web of the wire like currents, anything that touches them is cut though but if the user stays perfectly still they will not sustain harm, outside help is made impossible by the constant drawing in and spiting out of air from either end of the currents even a bullet fired in to the web would be swept away by the outer current
-Poison web; uses his bio matera to add a extremely dangerous poison to the web, one cut would render a grown man as helpless as a kitten from the poisoning

Limit break:
-Sweeping willow: The user accelerates their movement so greatly that not even he can see where he’s going, he simply runs up anything that he feet touch and slashes anything his weapons touch, in this attack everyone on the field is at risk of sustaining massive damage that they cant see coming
-Parapet’s Polyphony: only after ingesting the blood of his opponents is this possible, the user’s skin becomes painted in an intricate tribal pattern of red and the users weapon shortens to the size of a knife, in this state what ever damage is done to the user effects the target instead, this is one way
-Summon: Summons a large and enraged wyvern like dragon this however is merely the host of the true summon; the dragon’s body is full of patristic larva causing the aggression which burst from the body when attacked or after a mater of time, (4 posts) this looks like the dragon exploded in to large amounts of purple gas and liquid the larva emit a thick gas which fills the aria, this gas contains thousands upon thousands of tiny eggs which permeate the pores on contact causing the victim to go in to a berserk state in which they can only attack blindly while their abilities grow weaker, finally after a very short period of that (2 posts) the eggs hatch in to many many thumb sized maggots which eat the victim’s muscle tissue from the inside before bursting out of the skin to emit more gas, this would be fatal if the users body was 100% saturated in eggs which is lily to be the case seeing as the berserker state would not allow them to run, the user is of coerce immune to this

Physical Appearance: Kurotsuchi stands tall and lean with very long black hair which is perfectly strait and pristinely parted to either side down the middle falling to his shoulders and the center of hic pack, his eyes are a dark yellow and his skin is a very light honey colored tan, he can be described as a “pretty boy”
Clothing: Kurotsuchi wears a long flowing white robe and large white scarf, beneath that he wares a fitting white shirt with belts on the torso and upper arms and sleeves that end at the elbows, a metal plate on his chest and loose white pants, his shoes are simple slip-on’s with nothing special or remarkable about them, also white

Personality: He is an odd but intimidating person, he chooses his targets and assignments seemingly on whim and finds certain people more interesting than others on some unknown criteria. He tends to make strange boasts about himself that are based in concrete logic but easily disproved such as his sword not having a guard because he never has to defend. Kurotsuchi tends to be an enigma to most people and is usually off tinkering when he isn’t on a mission, it could be argued that he is slightly insane
Likes: to take things apart to see how they work, this includes people both physically and mentally, he collects money for an unknown reason and that is perhaps why he kills for it
Dislikes: “subjects” that wont cooperate and hold still
Outlook: Inquisitive
Goals: Kurotsuchi’s motives as well as his goals are unknown to date

history: Very little in known about Kurotsuchi’s past, at some point the was a researcher for various companies before the war creating many advancements in magitech science. When the war began He was drafted in to the military exiling in swordplay to the point of achieving a high rank as a solder, however he saw very little combat before the war was at its end and then he slipped in to a period in which absolutely nothing is known about him, this lasted a few years ending with his arrest for various crimes among them murder for motives that he refused to give. His execution was reprieved at the last second however due to his expertise in science being needed to help quell some of the struggles that followed the war. His mental state had not effected his genius and after plunking down a few blueprints he took his leave to become who he is now.
