History: After the setheroith rebbelion, a couple of old soldier members decided to hold a safe house for X soldier members. The got there weapons from the shinra reckage. But then they needed members, how would they do that without alerting evil
enemy groups? So they used an old shinra code to alert members. They are fighting crime to this day

good is not a type, law enforcement agency might be better dont you think, also law full is just half of a morality these being:
